Why this happens
Most Arab authorities set the local price by referencing a basket of other countries' prices — so a low or badly-sequenced launch price in one reference market cascades and drags down every other market you enter later.
تحدّد معظم الجهات العربية السعر المحلي بالرجوع إلى سلّة أسعار دول أخرى · فالسعر المنخفض أو سيّئ التسلسل في سوق مرجعي واحد يتسلسل ويجرّ كل سوق تدخله لاحقًا.
What to do, step by step
Map each target market's reference basket and rule (ex-factory vs CIF, lowest vs average of the basket).
Sequence launches so early, low-price markets don't set an unsustainable floor for the rest.
Prepare the price file — home-country price, invoices, and the GCC price ceiling where it applies.
Model the full cascade across markets BEFORE the first price submission — the first agreed price is hard to raise.
