Bring your expertise to the Office.

Review working-member eligibility, required documents and the Scientific Committee’s review process, then proceed to apply.

  1. University qualification

    At least a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university in pharmacy, medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, science — biology, microbiology or chemistry — or civil, mechanical or chemical engineering. Priority is given to master’s and doctoral graduates.

  2. Practical experience

    At least fifteen years in pharmaceutical work with Arab authorities or manufacturers of pharmaceuticals and medical appliances.

  3. Complete application file

    A copy of national identification, required certificates, a CV and a named reference. Follow the paper and electronic submission requirements in the current system.

  4. Signed application

    Address the application to the Office Chairman and sign it as the applicant.

  5. Scientific review & decision

    The Scientific Committee reviews the completed file and required speciality, then refers it to the Board for acceptance or decline.

  6. Annual subscription

    A symbolic annual subscription of one hundred U.S. dollars for working members, under the published conditions.

  7. Arab and specialist representation

    Representation across Arab countries, with no more than two members for each distinct pharmaceutical speciality under the current conditions.

  8. Monthly review

    The Scientific Committee meets monthly to assess applications. The Office Chairman reports new admissions to the President of the Union’s Board.
