Mark the prompts for which you have organised evidence. Completion tracks preparation; it does not establish product or site compliance.

Define question, population, intervention, comparator and outcomes.
Compare registration and protocol with the reported work.
Review effect size, uncertainty and limitations.
Choose a reporting guideline appropriate to the design.
