باختصار. تعمل أدوات هذا الموقع داخل متصفحك، وما تُدخله فيها لا يصلنا. ولا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط ولا الإعلانات ولا أدوات التتبع الخارجية. ولا نحتفظ ببيانات شخصية إلا إذا أرسلتها بنفسك: طلب انضمام خبير، أو اشتراك في النشرة، أو مشاركة في المنتدى. ويمكنك طلب تصويبها أو حذفها في أي وقت.
The calculators, studios and dashboards run entirely in your browser. Batch numbers, deviations, inspection findings, product names, and anything else you enter stay on your device. They are not uploaded, not stored on our servers, and not visible to us. Closing the tab ends it.
تعمل الحاسبات والاستوديوهات واللوحات في متصفحك بالكامل. فأرقام التشغيلات والانحرافات وملاحظات التفتيش وأسماء المنتجات وكل ما تُدخله يبقى على جهازك، ولا يُرفع ولا يُخزَّن لدينا ولا نراه. وبإغلاق الصفحة ينتهي الأمر.

The identity document deserves its own sentence. We ask for it only to verify that an applicant is who they say they are. It is stored in a private area that the public key of this website cannot read, it is never published, and it is deleted when you ask or when the application file is closed. If you would rather not upload it, write to us instead and we will tell you what else we can accept. ووثيقة الهوية تستحق جملة خاصة: لا نطلبها إلا للتحقق من أن المتقدم هو من يقول. وتُحفظ في موضع خاص لا يقرأه المفتاح العام لهذا الموقع، ولا تُنشر أبدًا، وتُحذف عند طلبك أو عند إغلاق ملف الطلب. وإن كنت تفضّل عدم رفعها فراسلنا ونخبرك بالبديل المقبول.
We count visits so we know which work is useful. Each visit records the page, where the link came from, the country your connection appears in (from the hosting edge, never a precise location), a random identifier that lets us tell one session from another, and whether the device is a phone or a desktop. There are no cookies, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics service, and nothing that names you. We cannot identify a visitor from this and we do not try.
نعدّ الزيارات لنعرف أي عمل نافع. ويسجَّل لكل زيارة: الصفحة، ومن أين جاء الرابط، والدولة التي يظهر منها اتصالك (من حافة الاستضافة، لا موقعًا دقيقًا)، ومعرّف عشوائي يفرّق بين جلسة وأخرى، وهل الجهاز هاتف أم حاسوب. ولا توجد ملفات تعريف ارتباط ولا معرّفات إعلانية ولا خدمة تحليلات خارجية ولا ما يدلّ على شخصك. ولا نستطيع تحديد هوية الزائر من ذلك ولا نحاول.
The site stores a few preferences in your own browser: your language choice, which updates you have already seen, the display name you chose for the forum, and, for the office's experts, their workspace notes and tasks. This never leaves your device, we cannot read it, and clearing your browser data erases it.
يحفظ الموقع بعض التفضيلات في متصفحك أنت: اللغة التي اخترتها، وما اطّلعت عليه من تحديثات، والاسم الذي اخترته في المنتدى، ولخبراء المكتب ملاحظاتهم ومهامهم. ولا يغادر ذلك جهازك، ولا نستطيع قراءته، ويُمحى بمسح بيانات المتصفح.
We keep the list short on purpose:
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. Ever.
ونُبقي القائمة قصيرة عن قصد: تستضيف Cloudflare الموقع وتخبرنا بدولة الاتصال، وتحفظ Supabase قاعدة البيانات ومخزن الوثائق الخاص، وتخدم خطوط Google خطّين فترى خوادمها طلب متصفحك لهما، ويخدم jsDelivr مكتبة مفتوحة المصدر يستعملها الموقع لمخاطبة قاعدة بياناته، ولا يُطلب Stripe إلا إذا ضغطت أنت رابط دفع فيعالجه وفق شروطه ولا نرى بيانات البطاقة ولا نحفظها. ولا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نؤجّرها ولا نتاجر بها ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية. أبدًا.
Application files are kept while the application is under consideration and for as long as the applicant remains on the roster; when an application is closed and not taken forward, the file and its documents are deleted. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Forum posts stay until you ask us to remove them. Visit statistics are kept in aggregate and carry nothing that identifies anyone.
تُحفظ ملفات الطلبات ما دام الطلب قيد النظر وما دام المتقدم في قائمة الخبراء، وإذا أُغلق الطلب ولم يُمضَ فيه حُذف الملف ووثائقه. وتُحفظ عناوين النشرة حتى تلغي اشتراكك. وتبقى مشاركات المنتدى حتى تطلب إزالتها. أما إحصاءات الزيارات فتُحفظ مجمّعة ولا تحمل ما يدلّ على أحد.
Write one email to o.abdelrahman@aupam.org and you may ask us to: tell you what we hold about you; correct anything wrong; delete it; send you a copy; or stop using it. We answer within thirty days and we do not charge for it. If you are unhappy with the answer, say so in reply and it goes to the Chairman.
اكتب رسالة واحدة إلى o.abdelrahman@aupam.org لتطلب: بيان ما لدينا عنك، أو تصويب أي خطأ، أو حذفه، أو إرسال نسخة منه إليك، أو وقف استعماله. ونردّ خلال ثلاثين يومًا بلا مقابل. وإن لم يُرضك الردّ فقل ذلك في رسالتك، فيُعرض الأمر على رئيس المكتب.
This is a professional platform for people working in the pharmaceutical sector. It is not intended for children, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change it, the date at the top changes with it and the change is listed in the site's public "What's New" log, so you can see what changed and when.
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة تغيّر التاريخ في أعلاها معها، وأُدرج التغيير في سجل «ما الجديد» المعلن في الموقع، فترى ما تغيّر ومتى.
