The AUPAM Experts' Office publishes technical tools, datasets, training material and regulatory intelligence for the pharmaceutical sector across the Arab markets. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.
ينشر مكتب خبراء أوبام أدوات تقنية وبيانات ومواد تدريبية ومتابعة تنظيمية لقطاع الدواء في الأسواق العربية. واستخدامك الموقع يعني قبولك هذه الشروط، فإن لم تقبلها فلا تستخدمه.
Everything here is informational and educational. It is not regulatory advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for the official text of any authority or for your own professional judgement.
The authority's own current document always governs. Our datasets are dated and sourced precisely so you can go and check them; several are explicitly illustrative, including the reference-product register, whose entries must be confirmed with the authority of each market before you rely on them in a submission. Regulations change, and a page that was right in August may be wrong in November. Verify at source before you file, submit, release a batch, or make any decision that matters.

The calculators and dashboards run in your browser and are offered as they are. We build them carefully and we correct what we find, but we cannot warrant that every result fits your specific product, process or market. You remain responsible for checking any output before acting on it. To the fullest extent the law allows, the office is not liable for losses arising from reliance on the site, its tools or its data.

Some areas — the expert workspace, parts of the training programme and certain dashboards — are for the union's members, the office's experts and its partners. Access credentials are personal, are not to be shared, and may be withdrawn.
بعض الأجزاء، ومنها مساحة الخبراء وأقسام من البرنامج التدريبي ولوحات بعينها، مخصّصة لأعضاء الاتحاد وخبراء المكتب وشركائه. وبيانات الدخول شخصية لا تُشارك وقد تُسحب.
We link to authorities, pharmacopoeias and other bodies so you can reach the primary source. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their availability.
نضع روابط إلى الجهات ودساتير الأدوية وهيئات أخرى لتصل إلى المصدر الأصلي. ولا نتحكّم في تلك المواقع ولا نتحمّل مسؤولية محتواها أو إتاحتها.
